The IMET KS 450 FT semi-automatic cutting machine is a semi-automatic band saw designed as a compact and practical solution for carpentry work and for cutting pipes, profiles and bars at an angle of up to 60° on both the left and right sides. The KS machine has a control panel that allows you to manage all cutting parameters: in this case, the control panel is integrated.

Rigid steel saw frame with tubular section, designed to optimize cutting performance and increase machine performance for any material and profile. KS 450 FT is characterized by high blade tension (2000 kg/cm²), which reduces stress, vibration and binding.
The wide work area provides full support to the workpiece surface and features an automatic easy break system at 0°, 45° and 60° to set ideal cutting angles with a graduated scale on the build plate to help you see other angles and achieve ultimate positioning precision.
The KS 450 FT vice is hydraulic, with a full stroke and opening of 460 mm, moved on the table with hydraulic access (integrated pressure reducer).
As standard, the KS has a mechanical detection device that allows you to quickly approach the material, automatically detecting the first cutting point, while the final cut is performed using a microswitch.
Hard metal blade guides (located in front of and behind the cutting line) with front bearing help you always maintain the best alignment while working.
KS line machines have a control panel that allows you to set and manage all parameters: KS 450 FT panel control is integrated.
