BS 300 PLUS is a manual band saw that allows cutting both to the left (up to 60°) and to the right (up to 45°), a versatile working device for small and medium-scale production. It can be used in both mechanics and steel structures.

BS 300 PLUS is a manual band saw that allows cutting both to the left (up to 60°) and to the right (up to 45°), a versatile working device for small and medium-scale production. It can be used in both mechanics and steel structures.
Wide working area
The BS 300 PLUS is equipped with a large diameter work area and a system of automatic easy stops at 0°, 45° and 60° left and 45° right, with a scale plate to identify and set different angles.
Opening vice
The vice has adjustable guides that can be moved freely along the work table, allowing for quick zooming.
Rigid saw frame
The machine's saw frame is made of rigid tubular cast iron, with 320 mm pulleys, high blade tension of 1700 kg/cm2 and prevention of excessive blade tension thanks to front adjustment and micro-switch controller.
Easy to use
Safe start thanks to a button on the handle with a warning light informing the user about the correct functioning of the machine. The coolant tank and electric pump are located inside the floor stand.
Electric inverter (optional)
If necessary, an electronic variable blade speed inverter allows the operator to use the keyboard to adjust the machine to cut a wide range of materials and different cross-sections. The speed is changed using an inverter and does not affect the engine power even at low speeds.
Optional equipment (additionally paid):
- A minimum lubrication system can be required for all Imet machines, this avoids the dispersion of liquid refrigerant typical when using emulsifying oil, this does not in any way affect the service life of the blade
- Adapter for synchronizing the RTP/RTD table with the saw movement
