The ZH 2040X6E hydraulic bending machine is characterized by a structure made of welded steel plates tempered in order to eliminate welding stresses. Its upper knife moves by means of two hydraulic cylinders with adjustable pressure. A light curtain is installed at the front of the machine to protect the operator's work. The device is controlled with a footswitch.

The ZH 2040X6E hydraulic bending machine is characterized by:
- construction made of welded steel plates tempered in order to eliminate welding stresses
- the upper knife moves by means of two hydraulic cylinders with adjustable pressure
- the bending knife is moved by two hydraulic cylinders
- the rear bumper, thanks to the use of ball screws and a servo motor, guarantees precision and repeatability of the details
- the control is carried out using a touch screen with the possibility of setting the bending angle and setting the rear bumper. It is possible to save programs in the controller for later playback
- a light curtain is installed at the front of the machine to protect the operator's work
- the machine is controlled with a foot switch
