MACKMA RB50i profile rolling machine with three driven rollers and hydraulic clamping of the upper roller. To facilitate serial production of repeatable shapes and performing complex bends, it is possible to equip the machine with NC control.
These devices are used largely in the production of balustrades, handrails, in the production of halls, roofs and cabins of industrial machines. In the simplest models, the pressure of the bending roller is performed manually. In advanced models, the entire bending process takes place automatically - the machines can be equipped with, among others, in NC control. Possibility to equip the machine with digital reading of the roller position.
